Introduction

Welcome to Palpali. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Palpali platform, a social networking service for the Palpali community. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Palpali platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using Palpali on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post it. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to use it to operate and improve the platform.

However, we are not responsible for monitoring all User Content and do not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be identified or removed.

The Palpali platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At your request to delete your account

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and User Content. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimers: The Palpali platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any User Content.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palpali and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Palpali and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Palpali regarding use of the platform
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect
• Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent
